Consulting & implementation

You didn't start your business to do admin.

I build and integrate tools for business owners so the busywork runs itself. Leads get answered, paperwork gets drafted, your systems finally talk to each other, and your time goes back where it pays.

The first call is free, takes half an hour, and happens in plain English.

What I do

Four ways to get hours back

Tools built around your business

Dashboards, client portals, internal apps. Software shaped to how your shop actually runs, not the other way around.

Busywork that runs itself

Following up with leads, drafting quotes and invoices, moving data between systems. If a task in your week goes the same way every time, it's a candidate.

A straight answer on what's worth it

Not everything should be automated. I'll look at how you operate and tell you where the payoff is real and where I'd keep the money in your pocket. Sometimes the honest answer is “not yet.”

Your team, up to speed

Hands-on training and simple playbooks, so the tools keep getting used long after I've handed them over.

How it works

From first call to launch

  1. 1

    We talk.

A free half-hour call. You tell me where the time goes; I'll tell you what I'd look at first and whether I'm the right person to help.

  2. 2

    You get a plan.

A short proposal with a fixed scope and a fixed price. What gets built, what it costs, and what changes day to day for your team.

  3. 3

I build it. You own it.

You see progress as it happens and sign off before anything goes live. Everything ends up under your own accounts, with your team trained on it.

Work with me

Two ways to do this

Most of what I do is ongoing. Every partnership starts with a first project, so we both know how we work together before anyone commits to more.

Ongoing partnership

Tools update, the business changes, and once the first automation lands, a list of “what else could we hand off?” shows up. Most small businesses don't have anyone whose job that is. This is that person, on a flat monthly plan. Pick how much you want handled:

01

Keep it running

Everything I've built for you stays healthy. Monitoring, fixes when something drifts, and updates when the tools around it change.

02

Keep it growing

Everything in Keep it running, plus one new tool or automation every month, worked from a backlog we keep together.

03

Full partner

Everything above, plus me on call as your tech brain: advice, tool decisions, team training, and whatever comes up. Effectively your technology department.

One-off project

Got one specific problem? A fixed-scope, fixed-price build works great. You own everything at the end, and there's no obligation to keep going.

Plenty of clients start here and add a plan once the first tool proves itself. Some don't need one. Both are fine.

How a project goes

In practice

The kind of problems I take on

Leads answered while they're still interested

A new inquiry gets a reply within minutes, drafted and waiting for your OK, instead of sitting until somebody checks the inbox.

Quotes out the same day

The numbers you already have turn into a drafted quote the day the customer asks. You review it, send it, and get your evening back.

One screen instead of six tabs

Jobs, customers, and money in one view, pulled from the tools you already pay for.

Every business is set up a little differently, so your version of these will look different too. That's kind of the point.

Questions

Things people ask

Do I need to understand the technology?

No. You know your business, and that's the part I can't do without. I'll explain everything in plain English, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

How does pricing work?

Projects are fixed scope, fixed price, quoted after the first call once I understand the work. If something turns out bigger than quoted, that's a conversation before I build it, not a surprise on the invoice. Ongoing plans are a flat monthly amount, so there's never a clock running when you call.

How long does a project take?

Small automations can land inside a week. Most first projects run two to six weeks. I'd rather ship you something small that works now than plan something huge for months.

What happens after launch?

It's yours either way: your accounts, your data, no lock-in. Some clients take the keys and run everything themselves. Most keep me on a monthly plan to look after what's built, keep improving it, or handle whatever tech thing comes up next — the ways-to-work-together section above lays those out.

Is my data safe?

Your systems stay yours: accounts in your name, data where it already lives, and I'll show you exactly what connects to what. If a tool would move your data somewhere I can't vouch for, I won't use it.

We already have tools we like. Do we have to switch?

Almost never. Most of my work is getting the tools you already pay for to talk to each other properly.
